ESSENTIALS:
Drink
at least two and a half (2 ½) LITRES of Filtered water daily (with lemon juice
OK).

brand make sure there are trillions live culture in them (take twice
daily). These will be made from a Bovine

Citrus Seed Extract (Grapefruit Seed Extract):
Place
drops in Unsweetened Grapefruit Juice OR
put into Gelatin Capsules and swallow. THIS IS THE BEST THING FOR CLEARING
CANDIDA FAST! 10 Drops twice per day recommended (less for children). Iodine is is also excellent for eliminating
Candida – wash all fruit & vegetables with Iodine before ingesting to
remove Parasites and micro-organisms off them.
NOTE: Take this at least 1
hour away from Acidophilus/Progurt
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
Spirulina: Three
(3) tablets with each meal (Good for kidneys, intestinal toxins, gas).
Pure Dandelion Root Tea It is good for liver cleansing (ensure
that it is Lactose Free).

Muesli: Rice
Bran, shredded Coconut, 1 teaspoon Linseed, Sesame Seeds, Lecithin,
with either Progurt, Rice
Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk. You can use unsweetened puffed rice,
puffed millet, any seed, fresh grapefruit, apple or banana.
Porridge: Millet
Porridge, add Progurt, sliced banana, cinnamon or sprinkle with seeds.

Yummy Homemade Hommus:
1 ½ cups Chick Peas (soaked
overnight) ½ cup Tahini
(high in Calcium)
½ Bunch Flat Pasley (good for
Kidneys) Rind of 1 Lemon
Large Knob Grated Ginger Fresh
Garden Herbs (Coriander, Chives, Rocket)
Cook Chickpeas for one hour with
1 tsp salt with Ginger. Drain and save
liquid. Blend all ingredients in Blender
or Food Processor, plus liquid from cooking added slowly to get correct
consistency. Serve with salad, stir
fried vegetables, on rice cakes, bread or add to any meat, fish, chicken or
pasta dishes.
