Karen Winter, Dip.HSc.Kin, AKA, KNA, NAET has 17 years experience in Kinesiology Practice and incorporates Kinergetics, Applied Physiology, Neurlogical Integration (Neurolink) and N.A.E.T. Allergy Elimination Healing Technique in her practice with amazing results and many happy clients.

It was after experiencing amazing results with Kinesiology and through her own understanding after recovering from a debilitating illness, that gave Karen the desire to study Kinesiology and to help others.  From her extensive training, personal experience and working with clients for the past fifteen years in Australia and overseas, she has developed an excellent reputation for my ability to heal others on many levels.

Karen holds a “Diploma of Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology” which she obtained from the Kinesiology College of Energetic Sciences in Melbourne, Australia.  She is a Registered Advanced Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association, and a Practitioner, Instructor and Board Member of the Kinergetics National Association.

Karen has been seeing clients since 1992, seeing significant changes in their lives, health and well-being Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.

What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology, literally is the study of body movement, encompasses holistic health disciplines that use gentle manual muscle testing to monitor information about a person’s well-being.  It originated in the 1950’s combining Western techniques with Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.  Kinesiology identifies factors that can block the body’s natural healing processes.   Attention to reflex and acupressure points, plus the use of specific body movements and nutritional support rectify these dysfunctions.  Holistic Kinesiology can:   relieve pain, stress, muscular and nervous disorders;   eliminate allergies, sensitivities and nutritional deficiencies; assist with psychological and learning problems; stimulate energy and release untapped potential.

My Personal Experience
It was after my own amazing results with Kinesiology, as well as my understanding from recovering from debilitating illness, that gave me the ambition to become a Kinesiologist.  From my extensive training, personal experience and after working with many clients both in Australia and overseas, I have developed an excellent reputation for my ability to assist others on many levels:  Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.

How does it work?
Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive and powerful method of healing that uses muscle monitoring to identify and locate stresses and blocks in the physical and subtle bodies.  By using muscle response as biofeedback, the trained Kinesiologist can interpret the right course of treatment to facilitate healing, by identifying specific emotions, attitudes and stresses.  Correction techniques draw on a huge range of methods and modalities such as flower essences, colour & sound, light body, chakra & meridian balancing, acupressure, Universal healing energy and much, much more.       

Education and Training
I hold a “Diploma of Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology” and I am registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association as an "Registered Advanced Specialized Kinesiologist".   I am currently on the Executive Management Team of Kinergetics and am a Kinergetics & R.E.S.E.T. Instructor Trainer.  I have been teaching Kinergetics Kinesiology and the R.E.S.E.T. Jaw Correction workshops in Australia and overseas, ever since these workshops were developed.  I am also an Applied Physiology Instructor.
