What Are The Bars? The Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around our head. These Bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions & beliefs that we have ever had about anything.
There are bars for Healing, Body, Control, Awareness, Creativity, Power, Aging and Money just to name a few. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that we have fixed in place solidifies the energy & limits our capacity to be expansive & generative.
By running energy through these “bars,” the barriers dissipate and the electromagnetic charge is released. Releasing stuck energy is like deleting old files off your computer. You have more space to create something new & wonderful with up to date tools!

Karen Winter, Dip.HSc.Kin, AKA, KNA, NAET Adv.II has been working with Kinesiology in Professional Practice since 1992 and incorporates Kinergetics, Applied Physiology, Neurlogical Integration (Neurolink), N.A.E.T. Allergy Elimination Healing Technique and Access Consciousness in her practice with amazing results and many happy clients.
It was after experiencing amazing results with Kinesiology and through her own understanding after recovering from a debilitating illness, that gave Karen the desire to study Kinesiology and to help others. From her extensive training, personal experience and working with clients for the past fifteen years in Australia and overseas, she has developed an excellent reputation for my ability to heal others on many levels.
Karen holds a “Diploma of Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology” which she obtained from the College of Complementary Medicine, Carlton, Melbourne. She is a Registered Advanced Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association (Level 3), and a Practitioner, Instructor and Instructor Trainer of the Kinergetics National Association.
Karen has been working professionally with clients since 1992, seeing significant changes in their lives, health and well-being Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually.
Education and Training
Karen Winter holds a “Diploma of Health Sciences in Holistic Kinesiology” and is registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association as an "Registered Advanced Specialized Kinesiologist". Karen is also a Kinergetics & R.E.S.E.T. Jaw Correction Tehcnique Instructor and Kinergetics & R.E.S.E.T. Instructor Trainer. She has been teaching Kinergetics Kinesiology and the R.E.S.E.T. Jaw Correction workshops in Australia and overseas, ever since these workshops were developed. Karen also an Applied Physiology Instructor.
