Make The Most Of Eating Progurt | Yoghurt Recipes

MAKING THE MOST OF PROGURT
To make the most of eating Progurt, to help it to work better and to
improve your digestion at the same time, make sure that you add to your food,
cooking or drinking water lots of:
*** Lemon Juice
*** Apple Cider Vinegar
*** Salt (Sea, Rock, Himalayan - not
cooking salt)
These can be mixed together as dressings to go on salads or added to your water
when you drink it, or used any way you wish but make sure you include them
daily. Another useful tip: CHEW YOUR PROGURT LIKE FOOD! Here are some suggestions to make sure you
chew your Progurt (and get the children to chew it):
* Add 1-2 Passionfruit or a handful of an sort of berries to a bowl of Progurt
and stir in before eating
* Grate 1/4 of a Lebanese Cucumber (drain for 10 minutes) and mix into a bowl
of Progurt - makes a great dip too!
* Add Progurt to your muesli or favourite breakfast cereal
* Add sliced Mango, Banana, Cinnamon, Raisins, Sunflower Seeds, Papitas, Sesame
seeds, LSA (ground Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds & Almonds) or your favourite fruit
* Add a spoonful of chopped Almonds, Cashews, Macadamias or Walnuts to a bowl
