When will my order be sent?
We always aim and endeavour to ship all of our orders on the first possible business day on Monday to Friday, from when we receive your order. However, please allow two (2) business days for your order to be processed.
Will you let us know when our order has been processed?
Yes, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been processed and has been shipped out to you.

What can I do if my order has not arrived?
Once items leave our hands we have no control whatsoever over the postal delivery services either here in Australia, nor the Postal Services in your country, as they are not part of our Company. For orders sent via Standard Post (Airmail), please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive.
If you order has not arrived after 21 business days, would you kindly contact your local post office, as we are finding in most cases your local post office is actually holding your order and have not notified you of this, nor have they attempted to deliver you order to you.
Are the postal services safe and secure?
We do not recommend nor guarantee Standard Post (Airmail outside of Australia) as this service is not trackable, is very unreliable, items often get damaged and individual items go missing from orders.
We highly recommend that you select the additional options for Express Post, Registered Post, International Express Post and Insurance for extra security to ensure your order arrives with all items inside it, undamaged.
Will Customs delay my order?
Yes this is absolutely possible. It may be useful to check with the Customs services in your country to see if they are holding your order for any reason.
Please note that from time to time, US and Canadian Customs go through times where they scrutinize all items going into these countries, which causes considerable delays.
Will I be charged Customs taxes?
Please note that we write a very small amount on the Customs Declaration Form, so that our customers do not get charged customs taxes on our highly protective Orgone products. However, from time to time we find some customers may get charged customs taxes on occassional orders.
Will my order be sent with a Tracking Number?
Please note that Registered Post items are not trackable, however, the Registered Post number can be useful for locating your order should it be delayed or go astray.
Registered Post items must be signed for at the post office when you collect your item providing extra security. We do not provide Registered Post item numbers unless your order has not arrived after 14 business days.
International Express Post is the only trackable postal service available for orders outside of Australia. We do not automatically provide you with your International Express Post tracking number due to the high volume of orders that we process.
We will provide you with this number if it appears that your order has gone astray, so that you can trace your order and its approximate delivery date.
Insurance Terms And Conditions
Additional Insurance will cover Replacement of your order ONLY. There are NO cash refunds.
If your order comes to $225.00, you would then require three (3) Units of insurance to cover up to the next $100.00. This is the only way Australia Post charge for Insurance in AUD$100.00 units.
Please note that you need to Insure your replacement Packaging and Shipping, not just the value of the products in your order.
We do not take any responsibility for Lost, Missing nor Damaged items sent via Standard Post due to the unreliability of Postal Services especially in USA, Cyprus, Middle East, India and Asia.
If you choose Standard Shipping without Insurance, your order is sent to you at your own risk.
