Gout And AcidityI hope you were able to research the pH information Dr. Cay Reams used to get people's bodies into the perfect formula. If you did you know that lemon with distilled water is what he first started a cancer patient on because the lemon is anionic and ever other food is catatonic. The catatonic puts our bodies in such a high acidic form that we suffer from so many maladies. I have been aware of this and even have an alkaline water purifier. My blood showed signs of gout (high uric acid) so I've been trying to make changes for the better. My only problem is I'm addicted to sugar which causes high acidity and my pH is always around 4.5.
