Just as oxygen, water, food, good health is necessary for survival, so are hugs. Ever heard of the saying, "We need about four hugs daily for survival. We need at least eight hugs daily for maintenance.  Twelve hugs are needed daily for growth." With this, hugs can never be enough, and since you don't want to survive, barely, but live. There is a need for nothing less than eight hugs a day.
